About Me
As a Broker Associate for the past 33 years, Patrick has devoted his career to helping his clients buy their dream homes and sell their houses seamlessly. His professional activities have included leadership roles in city, state, and national real estate associations. In 2012, Patrick was elected President of the Sacramento Association of Realtors (SAR), the first Asian American President in its 100-year history. He also received the SAR Realtor of the Year Award. As President of SAR, Patrick focused on collaboration and brought together numerous stakeholders, such as the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP) and the Sacramento Realtist Association. He was also chosen as Realtor of the Year in 2011 by the Sacramento Chapter of the Women’s Council of Realtors (WCR) and the 2012 Member of the Year by the Sacramento Chapter of the Asian Real Estate Association of America.
In addition to his dedication to work in Sacramento, Patrick has been active in shaping California and national real estate policy. He served in Chair and Vice Chair roles on numerous committees as he worked his way up to Director of the California Association of Realtors (CAR) and Director for the National Association of Realtors, roles in which he served for many years.
Patrick derives particular satisfaction in the volunteer work he has done for numerous organizations, including the Sacramento Association of REALTORS Scholarship Foundation Trust, public schools, Habitat for Humanity, and Loaves and Fishes, just to name a few. He highly values the many friendships he has gained in the process.
Patrick has consistently been a top producer ever since he was Rookie of the Year back in 1988 and is an SAR Masters Club Outstanding Life Member.
