Pat has been a full time realtor since 1986, earning the highly regarded Certified Residential Specialist and the Graduate Realtor Institute designations. Her career has been focused on marketing and selling residential home sales. As a real estate investor herself she loves to also help individuals grow their own wealth by buying real estate for future rent or redevelopment. Whether it's a total rehab or a piece of land for future home building, her experience and expertise will be an essential asset to her client"s success. For 10 years Pat worked with the listing team for Grande Construction at Green Valley Estates, in the Wilson School district, helping buyers and sellers throughout Green Valley customize and build their dream home. She has an extensive knowledge of new construction and custom building. Since Pat came to Berks county as a corporate relocation herself, she has a keen perception of what is needed to relocate and settle families into their new town which includes helping them with all aspects of their move, not just the buying or selling of their family home. In the community, Pat has been active in the Berks Quilters Guild, serving terms as its Vice President and multiple terms chairing marketing for their Biannual quilt show. She also volunteers for the Linus Project, Caron, Meals On Wheels, quilts for Wounded Warriors, the Shoe Box Project, Children's Miracle Network and other local charities. She and her husband, Fred love to see the results of buying a distressed property and bringing it back to life, benefiting the neighborhood where it's located and the lucky new owners. Life is good, especially when shared with her children, grandchildren and friends.
