Noelle was born and raised in Oregon. She graduated from Oregon State University before becoming a real estate agent, she would often be found in the middle of the woods searching for endangered sea birds and educating K-12 kids about invasive species and water resources. She currently serves as a board member of the RE/MAX Integrity Foundation and believes strongly in giving back to local community causes and groups.
