Nina Cerna is a dynamic agent who considers real estate to be the culmination of her dual passion for people and homes; one that stems from time spent in and around the industry thanks to her mother who has been a broker for 30+ years. Having been exposed to open houses and the intricacies of the industry while growing up, coupled with over 7 years of helping people find the home of their dreams, Nina serves others from a position of strength as a loyal and trustworthy advisor.
Nina is truly passionate about advocating for her clients and making sure that they have someone on their side to look out for them. Driven by the need to create financial wealth via real estate, she inspires smart investment decisions by keeping her clients informed every step of the way and taking the time to address all their questions and concerns. She possesses unique knowledge of the communities constituting the NW suburbs having lived and worked all over the region. Nina prides herself on her strong work ethic, patient and understanding nature.
To further elevate her services, Nina is a Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) and a Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR). Outside of real estate, she enjoys spending quality time with her daughters and husband on bike rides and exploring the outdoors.
