About Me
Your clients will thank you for referring them to such an experienced agent. I have reached the personal milestone of over 1000 properties SOLD in my career in prices ranging from $12k to $6 mil, all while retaining my great sense of humor! That sales volume has earned me ranking in the RE/MAX Hall of Fame!
I am a good listener with a teaching & mortgage loan background. I offer generous referral fees and you can trust me to treat your clients with the same professional and expert care that you would give them yourself.
Your referrals will have their calls returned promptly. I am reliable, resourceful, and an expert problem solver. I am an easy going yet a strong, accomplished negotiator. ALL my listings get professional staging consultation and professional photos.
I've moved 22 times & give expert personal advice from my own experiences on building a home, remodeling, buying homes, land, or income property, both regular and reverse 1031 exchanges. I have experience in buying investment property with IRA retirement funds. My husband was a medic in Vietnam so I'm familiar with Veteran needs.
My interests outside of real estate are: photography, movies and Film Festivals, Book Club, fishing and people-watching.
I am a decendant of a Montana pioneer woman dating back to the mid 1800s. My great-grandmother was known as The Cattle Queen of Montana. She was a single mother who owned a 3200 acre cattle ranch in Paradise Valley, between Yellowstone Park and Livingston.
My first book, PANDORA'S LOCKBOX, a Wild and Wacky Real Estate Memoir has won several national awards and stellar reviews since its 2022 release. It's a highly entertaining recount of the trials and tribulations of us agents. Both paperback and e-books are available on Amazon. The audio book will be out Fall 2023.
