As a Realtor, investor, Airbnb Superhost, urban planner, and step-mom, I am able to provide clients with a unique perspective of Denver’s ever-changing neighborhood plans and markets to ensure where and what we buy and sell, meets present and future needs including investment security.
As a 6th-generation Denver native, I leverage my deep network of interested buyers and realtors, as well as professional and personal contacts throughout the community. I thrive when showing off Denver’s unique homes and neighborhoods using sophisticated marketing techniques, digital tools, and personal relationships to identify investment opportunities and get homes sold fast.
I am an entrepreneur, sunshine seeker, connector of people, adventurer, well-connected native, landlord and property investor, cultivator of experiences, environmental advocate, swim school coach, and fun-loving, trusted advisor. Adventure has led me to live in colorful (and warm!) places such as Spain, Brazil, Miami and Key West, FL and has given me a rich perspective of what makes Denver and all its neighborhoods special.
I have grown my business by working with satisfied customers again and again with the goal of helping people grow their wealth through homeownership.
I strongly believe in giving back, whether it is love, time or money. My most cherished local organizations are Historic Denver, CASA - Court Appointed Special Advocacy and Camp Shady Brook and I dedicate a portion of all my commissions to 1 of the 3. I serve as a Trustee for the JK Mullen Family Foundation, and board member of Camp Shady Brooke of the YMCA Pikes Peak Region, and Board member of the American Planning Association Legislative Committee.
