"Underpromise and overdeliver" is my mantra. In the day and age of constant, new technology and impersonal business practices, I believe there is a lost art to customer service. Coming from an industry that demanded a tremendous amount of energy, attention to detail and was very high risk, I learned how incredibly important it is to take care of not just the work at hand, but above all, the customer you work with. Because of the rigorous lessons that I learned at an early age, I used those lessons to leverage increase and impact: increase results, but create a lasting and positive impact on those you work with. As a result, I am able to incorporate the skills I learned from the automotive industry into my daily interactions with potential customers and current clients. From start to finish, I believe it is imperative to provide my customers with the best service possible, and even long after the transaction is complete.
