I have a deep-seated understanding of market conditions and trends. Having been in the trade industry for over 10 years, I was sourcing and setting up international trade before the word ‘supply chain’ was even a part of our vocabulary. I dealt in commodities trading and supply chain management was my specialty. I joined the Real Estate industry almost 20 years ago and have strived to bring that priceless trade industry knowledge and incorporating it into my business.
I can systematize what is happening in the market, both globally and locally, and let this guide myself and truly bring and show value to my clients. Understanding supply and demand, what seems like a basic concept but international knowledge is what allows me to not only assist clients with buying or selling their homes but also educate them and show them the true value of their property, the possibility of investments, and assist in building equity!
