Nancy DuLac’s past clients will assure you that she goes above and beyond to make buying or selling your home as stress-free as possible. From the beginning of her Real Estate career, Nancy has understood that the first showing happens online. Nancy provides staging advice, high-quality photos, virtual tours, video walk-throughs, drone work, and great ad copy.
Since 2018, Nancy has specialized her real estate focus on mainly the western side of Grand County: Kremmling, Parshall, Hot Sulphur Springs and Granby.
Nancy sells residential real estate, commercial real estate, vacant land, and ranches.
Nancy focuses and specializes on this side of the county because she knows it like the back of her hand, which is very important for buyers new to the area or sellers needing to show their property to a specific buyer. Things like water rights, land use, wells, and septics are all part of a normal transaction up here. When you’re looking to buy or sell hunting property, fishing property, horse property or ranch land, you need someone that truly knows and loves this area.
Nancy has lived in Parshall since 2002 and purchased her first home there in 2004. Now, she and her husband love to introduce the beauty of the mountains to their little girl, from evenings at the Williams Fork Reservoir, jeep rides up the Little Muddy, to buggy rides over the Parshall Divide. Her husband, Derek was born and raised here, is an avid hunter, and brings a wealth of local knowledge to the table.
Nancy and her husband both own their own businesses and are very involved in local community. Nancy built Granby Grooming and sold it in 2016. They currently own the Kremmling Car Wash, as well as her husband’s excavator business. Together, they have a very powerful network here in Grand County.
