A definite game-changer, was when Ms. Alert was nominated into the RE/MAX Hall of Fame for earning over a million dollars, highlighted in Who's Who in Black Washington DC, and featured as a technology innovator in Black Enterprise Magazine. Ms. Alert is currently the Host of a TV show The Alert Factor and The Host of an Emmy-nominated TV Show The American Dream. Ms. Alert has contributed to and appeared on several of HGTV's Shows, Property Virgins, Designed to Sell, and House Hunters. Nancy Alert is a committed, socially conscious businesswoman, whose dedication is shown through the way she represents and interacts with her clients and her community.
Ms. Alert is dedicated to living her dreams while helping others realize theirs, one multi-family at a time. She is a graduate of Howard University with a bachelor’s degree in both Marketing and Environmental Science and Design.
