Hi, I'm Molly Love, and I've been a REALTOR for over 10 years. The time sure flies when you're having fun! I was lucky enough to enter the real estate world into my family's successful real estate team that they started back in 1999. Between the 3 of us, we have decades of experience in the most volatile real estate markets Maryland has ever seen. We have a sophisticated process for buyers and sellers that has been refined many times over the years, but with a complete overhaul in Summer 2023. We have Master level equivalent education in Real Estate, and have successfully helped over 700 families and individuals buy and sell properties. The market has never been more aggressive than it has been in the last 3 years, and when you're facing multiple offers trying to buy a house, knowing which factors will set you apart are key.
