Minerva (Minnie) Rzeslawski has devoted the past three decades of her life and career to serving San Diego residents as a successful Realtor and community leader. As Founder and CEO of 24K International Realty, and now affiliated with RE/ MAX City, Minnie has worked with government and business leaders across California to deliver on a lifelong commitment: enhance the quality of life of families by building strong neighborhoods through homeownership, community development and first-rate schools. As a Realtor, Minnie has been an active member in numerous professional organizations including The National Association of Realtors (NAR), The National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP), The California Association of Realtors (CAR), The Pacific Southwest Association of Realtors (PSAR), Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI),is a Sellers Representative Specialist (SRS), a Certified Distress Property Expert (CDPE), a member of The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing (ILHM) a member Military Residential Specialist (MILRES), Premier Luxury Marketing Consultant (PLMC), Residential Remodeling Specialist (RRS) and Certified Real Estate Negotiator (CREN). As an active community leader, Minnie is a member of the National Council of La Raza (NCLR), board member and Treasurer of Latinas In Business Foundation (LIB), member of the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and most recently a past appointment to The Balboa Park Committee by former Mayor Sanders and the City Council. Minnie has served on numerous boards and commission, including board member of The San Diego Home Loan Counseling and Education Center (SDHLCEC), board member and treasurer of National Latina Women Business Assocation (NLWBA), Currently Federal Political Coordinator (FPC) for Congresswomen Sara Jacobs of the 51st Congressional District San Diego.
