Mindy made Knoxville her home 15 years ago, but remembers like it was yesterday all the challenges that accompany moving to a new city, finding the right home and schools being high atop the list. In 2015 she entered the real estate profession out of a desire to help others find their new home and feel welcome in the city that she has come to love. What makes her thrive in this role is how perfectly her strengths align with the demands of this job – a good listener, an effective communicator, a resourceful advocate, Mindy brings all these qualities to build strong, lasting client relationships and navigate even the most complex of real estate transactions.
With RE/MAX Preferred Properties, she knows that she is able to offer her clients the best tools and technology available to home buyers and sellers. Add to that her insatiable thirst for new knowledge, Mindy immerses herself in virtually every continuing education opportunity offered to real estate professionals. And true to her commitment to excellence in the service she provides, Mindy has achieved the official designations of Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) and Military Relocation Professional (MRP) and Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES). Caring about the environment, Mindy attained the GREEN designation as well. The in-depth training behind these credentials means that each of her clients receives a uniquely high level of representation, uniquely customized to their needs.
