A Minnesota resident and former owner of a successful small business, Milinda specializes in the sale of new and existing homes as well as new construction throughout the Twin Cities and surrounding areas. Milinda’s strong base of loyal, repeat customers and solid leader ship skills, was the reason for her success during her 25+ years as a business owner.
Milinda has had a passion for real estate ever since purchasing her first home in 1993.
Honesty, dedication, integrity, sales/ negotiation skills and the ability to connect with people, have allowed Milinda to find success in real estate. In fact, many of her past clients have come to her for the sale and purchase of their new home. Milinda works closely with sellers, first time homebuyers, move up buyers, and empty-nesters. Buying a home can be stressful at times, however Milinda will work with you throughout the entire process to ensure a smooth transaction.
In her spare time Milinda enjoys spending time with family and friends, fishing, rehab shows, the outdoors, reading, taking family vacations and watching college basketball.
