Welcome!
A little about myself: My name is Michelle, I grew up in Aurora on a farm, and have lived in many places, but came back to my home town to raise my family. I have the privilege of helping people buy and sell homes and farms! One reason why I find my career so fulfilling is because I get to help my clients navigate through the process of buying and selling, which is one of the most monumental moments of peoples' lives. I am honored to help with this special time. I have helped people buy and sell properties all over Oregon, so don't hesitate to contact me if you need help outside of the Portland Metropolitan Area. I can also help you find a wonderful agent outside of Oregon if you might need to move to another state.
The way that I choose to run my business is client-centered. When we first meet I like to take notes on what is most important to you regarding buying or selling a home and I really listen. I want to hear your story and I want to make the process of buying or selling your home as smooth as possible for you. For example, if you like to take your time finding the perfect property, without pressure, I am the realtor for you! The goal of my job is to find you the property that best fits your wants and needs in the timeframe you prefer. If you are interested in selling but want to wait for the right moment in this market, great, let's come up with a plan to get the most money for your unique property! I will use my arsenal of tools including marketing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to get us to closing the deal!
In my free time, I love gardening, growing plants in my greenhouse, bird watching, hanging out with my 48 chickens, 2 cats, Clover the Corgi and spending time with my family on our small farm in Aurora.
