About Me

Having grown up with real estate surrounding me, it was only natural I get into the business myself. My dad, Joe Simms, has been a licensed agent for 40 years. I have attended more listing appointments and showings than many other agents combined! After graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree with concentration in Marketing I worked for the local Home Builders Association of Louisville as the Marketing Coordinator. The perfect foundation for learning new construction and marketing directly related to residential real estate. I have been licensed as a Realtor since 2009 and enjoyed long lasting relationships with many clients. As a member of the Greater Louisville Association of Realtors I find myself working with many great fellow agents and contractors that are doing what I do...helping others achieve their home ownership goals.
