About Me
Hi! I'm Megan O'Connell and I want to be YOUR local real estate advisor in Southeast Ohio! I am a 2008 graduate from both Shenandoah High School and Mid-East Career and Technology Centers, and I have always been focused on my future goals and success. Growing up with parents in the rental business I was exposed to the world of real estate early on and my passion has been building ever since.
I love taking something ordinary and bringing out the extraordinary in it and understanding that potential is all around us, sometimes it just takes adjusting your perspective to really focus and see it; that's where I come in! I love to connect with people on a professional level and get to know what makes them unique on a personal level so I can focus on giving them the best experience when buying or selling a home. From working in the service and restaurant industry throughout the years to owning my own photography business, I have made countless clients a part of my passion. I believe in honesty and hard work and will work tirelessly to earn your respect and business.
In my free time I enjoy spending time with my daughter Aubree, my son Bennett and our two dogs Nala and Zara. We very much enjoy our time spent with family and friends at get togethers and we love the beautiful trails and parks in Guernsey county as well as the small town shops and restaurants! We are involved in many local events and charities, as well as passionately supporting children fighting cancer and their families at Nationwide Children's Hospital in Columbus where my daughter received her treatments and reached survivorship status!
