Thanks for your interest in wanting to learn a little bit about me, Matthew Janess. I was born and raised in the Bay Area, but have lived in Nevada for almost 20 years now. I've spent my entire life helping others to include coaching swimming and water polo, working on an ambulance in Las Vegas of all places (yes, it was as crazy as you are imagining), and helping to run some of the largest hotels in the world. I eventually got to a point in my life when professionally I no longer wanted to feel like just a number and wanted to start a career where I could give unparalleled customer service and truly shape an experience for anyone I was fortunate enough to partner with. When the opportunity to get into real estate presented itself it was a very natural progression and has by far been one of the best decisions I've ever made. I always say that I don't have clients, I have partners, because the relationships I build are truly a partnership from start, to finish, and beyond.
