This year marks my thirteenth year in the Real Estate Industry, doing what I do best! Since becoming a licensed realtor in 2011, I have amassed over $50 million in sales. I have consistently ranked within the state of Delaware’s top realtors since 2012, continue to surpass the industry’s national average, was voted favorite realtor by “The Newark Post”, and just at the beginning of this year, I was inducted in the RE/MAX Hall of Fame!
Having been a part of hundreds of transactions, I have seen just about everything that can happen during a transaction. 98% of the homes that I list sell because of my aggressive marketing plan. From the for sale sign, to the sold sign, and to the settlement table, the sale of your home will always remain my top priority!
After over a decade in the industry, the majority of my business comes from referrals from satisfied customers. Satisfied customers tell their friends and their family, and I want to be the person they call when they decide to sell their current home, or to help them find their next home. I am so confident in my ability, that our listing agreement can be canceled in 24 hours.
The bottom line is, my goal has always been to not just sell your home for the most money and the fastest time possible, but to also make sure that you are getting the best terms in any contract that you sign, making the selling and/or buying process as smooth and stress free as possible.
