Whether it be on the golf course or in a real estate transaction, I love to help people achieve goals and then share in the excitement of our success. I am extremely experienced in Buying, Selling, Residential Investments, Land Development, Fix & Flip, Building and Golf Course Properties. In 1994 I moved to Tucson and played two years of Golf at the University of Arizona. In 2004, after about 10 years of mini tour professional golf I decided to become a real estate investor, which I have done successfully (except from 2007-2010) for many years and continue to do it today. I've been a Realtor for 15 years but until 2019 it was primarily so I didn't have to deal with one! Now my goals are different and I pride myself in the time and care I take serving each Client. It's such an honor these days, I always offer to pay part of the Buyer's closing costs or reduce the commission agreement for the Seller. If you give me the chance, I will exceed your expectations!
