Mary-Catherine Weathers is a top REALTOR 50 in the Chattanooga Area and the Team Leader and Owner of The Weathers Team at RE/MAX Properties. Mary-Catherine has earned a stellar reputation in the real estate community for her skills and dedication to serving her clients at a high level. She is a member of RE/MAX Torchbearers- Top 40 Under 40 and the recipient of the Platinum Club Award in 2022. The Weathers Team was also ranked #9 in the State of Tennessee for 2022.
As a strong negotiator and a creative problem solver, she has helped hundreds of clients navigate the complexity of a real estate transaction with ease. Mary-Catherine's passion for helping buyers and sellers achieve their goals is evident in her unwavering commitment to providing top-notch service. Her extensive knowledge of the real estate markets in Tennessee, Georgia, and Alabama, where she holds licenses, allows her to offer comprehensive solutions tailored to each client's unique needs and objectives. She is also the owner of Weathers Property Management, a full service property management company for long term rentals. Her 8 years of experience in the property management industry will prove invaluable to both seasoned and new investors who are wishing to invest in our growing city.
She currently resides in North Chattanooga with her two Cavalier King Charles Spaniels- Charlie and Sophie. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, working out, kayaking on the Tennessee river, attending concerts (specifically Taylor Swift), going out to dinner with friends, or enjoying a glass of wine on a patio. She is a graduate of Girls Preparatory School in Chattanooga and attended both Auburn University and the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga for Undergrad and graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing.
