About Me
Mary Beth is a dedicated professional in the real estate market as well as to her clients. She enjoys using over 23 years of experience to assist each seller, buyer, and transaction with the skills she has learned and the passion that makes her love her career. Mary Beth is currently the President Elect for the Greensboro Regional Realtor Association, and serving on the Greensboro Regional Realtors Foundation Board, the Realtors Community Service Committee, Women's Council of Realtors, Diversity and Inclusion Task Force, and the Rockingham County Council. Mary Beth has served as past President of the Rockingham County Realtor association, received the Elmo Hopkins Ethics award, along with Realtor of the Year, and Realtor of Distinction. She was also chosen as the 2020 recipient for the John Taylor Realtor of the Year Award as well as the 2022 Remax Hall of Fame. The true love for her local community has kept her involved in many organizations that strive to improve not just the real estate market, but the community in which she lives such as being a Moses Cone Annie Penn Hospital Foundation President-Elect and a supporter of the local YMCA. She has recognized the constant need for further education in this ever-changing industry by pursuing the GRI, CRS, SRS, MRP and ASP designations (Graduate Realtor Institute, Certified Residential Specialist, Seller Representative Specialist, Military Relocation Professional, and Accredited Staging Professional). Her GRI, CRS, SRS, and MRP designations have allowed her to take what she has to offer as your realtor to the next level, while the staging designation helps her sellers have more of a competitive edge on the market than ever before!
