27 years of experience in all aspects of Real Estate in California and Europe. Excellent knowledge of Real Estate practice, law, Finance, and Insurance. Highly skilled Negotiator and Communicator. Knowledge of multicultural and international clients. I am a goal achiever and will get the job done. I have many years of successful marketing and sales experience in finance, merchant banking, Insurance, and Real Estate both domestically and internationally. .I have continuously achieved being a member of the prestigious REMAX 100% award club member for the past 12 years and accomplished being chosen as a member of REMAX HALL of FAME agents. I also have earned the professional designation of C.R.E.N ( Certified Real Estate Negotiator). and Received the County of Orange Certificate of Recognition. I also received three REMAX Certificates of EXCELLENCE. My education level is 2 BSc degrees in Engineering and a Master's Degree ( MA) in Management from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University, Daytona Beach Florida. My best achievement is raising three daughters, two of them postgraduates from Harvard and Johns Hopkins, and one daughter as a highly successful graduate Product designer from ART Center College of Design in Pasadena. Happily married with my beautiful wife Gillian who is my inspiration and partner in all aspact of my life.
