It is difficult to adequately express what an incredible realtor/person Maria is. From day one, we knew this was going to be a very different experience to realtors we have had in the past. Maria exceeded our expectations on every level; we feel blessed to have been put into her ‘care’. As she knew we had a little one, Maria came to our home to have our initial discussion. This was not a request we made; this is just who Maria is. Maria is the type of person who is always thoughtfully seeking to help meet the needs of her clients in a plethora of ways.
In a market that is still favoring sellers, Maria was intent on not allowing us to walk into any purchase where we could potentially be taken advantage of. It wasn’t just about a ‘sale’ for Maria; it was about a positive experience from start to finish. We had a tight time frame, and one thing that really stood out to us is that Maria was not going to be happy for us just to ‘settle’. She truly wanted us to find our dream home, and that is where we are now due to her diligence, thoroughness, attention to detail and heightened awareness of her clients’ must-haves.
It’s only been a short time since our closing, and I have already recommended Maria to not only friends & family but also handymen and internet technicians who have walked through our doors. :)
Buying a home is known as one of the most stressful times in one’s life, but we can honestly say, that although there were some moments of stress, it was never overwhelming because we knew - without a shadow of a doubt - that Maria was our advocate, resident expert, and persistent negotiator.
I don’t know what we would have done without Maria Vozza, and I sincerely hope you have the pleasure of crossing paths with her, too.
