Personal, professional representation from a Williamsburg Native.
I am a Williamsburg native, growing up in friendly First Colony out on the river in Jamestown. Now I live in upper York County (just a few blocks from Williamsburg) with my school aged children. I've been a Realtor here for over 25 years. My experience covers all ranges of residential real estate, from Williamsburg's custom high end homes to more modest homes for first time buyers and those downsizing. I have particular experience in foreclosures and investment potential properties. Foreclosure prevention and reverse mortgage redemption (keeping the house) are challenging opportunities I appreciate. I also manage a limited number of rental properties for individual clients.
