MARIA HELM, CRS, GRI, BROKER ASSOCIATE, Cal BRE LIC # 01054225 Maria began her Real Estate Career in 1989 and since that time has assisted many individuals and families in achieving their Dream of Home Ownership. Serving all of Tulare County, she specializes in Residential, Income Property, Ranches, New Housing and 1031 Exchanges, Maria is a graduate of the Real Estate Institute (GRI), is a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), is a Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE), a graduate of Leadership Visalia Class of 1995, Visalia Citizens in the Know Academy in 2008, and she holds an Associate of Science Degree from College of the Sequoias in Business Administration. She is a member of Tulare County Association of Realtors, Tulare County Multiple Listing Service, California Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors and is serving on the Grievance Committee for the Tulare County Association of Realtors. She is a proud member of the Visalia Chamber of Commerce and a past Board Member for Habitat for Humanity Tulare/Kings County. In addition to her real estate practice, she is a State of California Notary Public. Fluent in Spanish and Lithuanian, Maria is an experienced professional.
