I have been a Realtor with Re/Max since 2016. I am an independent agent with a network of professionals as my “team”. I have earned the advanced designations of GRI, ABR, RENE, PSA. (Graduate of the Reactor Institute, Accredited Buyer Agent, and Real Estate Negotiation Expert, & Pricing Strategy Advisor). I grew up in a family of builders near D.C., so home construction is part of my knowledge base. I lived in Frederick County Maryland for 20 years. I currently live in Delaware near Bethany Beach. I hold licenses in Maryland, Pennsylvania, and Delaware. I have degrees in Dietetics & Nursing, which were my first careers. Medicine demands critical thinking, organization, & staying calm. Being a parent has gifted me with negotiation skills, patience, humor, & creativity. These skills along with my real estate expertise make me a knowledgeable, calm, caring agent, ready to provide concierge level service to all clients.
