Thanks for looking into my Bio. As full time Realtor for over over 35 years, I have lived in Modesto for the past 17 years loving the seasons and the people. I am a country girl with a city education. graduating from Cal State Hayward, CA. Originally from the Bay Area, a native Californian, I love this green agricultural heartland within our state.
I can help you reach your personal goals and assist your family with all its life changes. I am very experienced with VA programs. So if you are a Vet please call me! I love working with ranch properties, down sizing for Seniors, and Baby Boomers!

During the holiday season I am a designated U S Marine Corps Toys for Tots Staff Volenteer. We bring toys to over 17 cities here in Stanislaus County. During the Spring and Summer I am the volenteer librarian for the Modesto Garden Club. We do community enhancement project all over Modesto.
My partner Danny helps me with home repairs, landscaping and yard clean up.
We have a small ranchette and love working outside in the gardens. Danny does wonderful yard art. He creates from old vintage tools and scrap iron.
As a Senior Advisor we work with many families who are downsizing or moving family members into assisted care. I have some excellent resources for any assistance there.
