Have you ever thought how awesome it would be to have a builder friend who could be by your side in your real estate adventure? Well... Hello!
My friends often tease me, claiming that I find humor in absolutely everything and that I wouldn't be able to hold a conversation if my arms were tied to my side. Funny enough, I've been proudly sporting a tool belt since the tender age of 2 (yes, I have a picture to prove it). Since 2004, I've held an Unlimited NC Builders License (commercial and residential). I started with a remodeling business while still in high school (yes people hired me). So far my 35 year journey as a general contractor has taken me from the wintry construction scene in Pennsylvania to the picturesque coast of NC, where I spent 18 years crafting custom luxury retirement and vacation homes.
Admittedly, with 35 years of construction knowledge and experience under my belt, I do offer a unique skill set that especially caters to the needs of my real estate clients. From constructing a remarkable golf community amenity center to a wide variety of homes, including entry-level residences and breathtaking luxury properties, my portfolio and experience spans a diverse range of projects. There's also a few stints of tearing down and rebuilding homes, as well as my time handling renovations in high-rise condos. These are just a few of the remarkable blessings of being a life long builder that come to mind. Additionally, my travels have taken me to hurricane-stricken areas, where my wife and I were able to assist with relief work as well as providing safety training to dedicated volunteers.
