About Me
I started my career as an Auto mechanic in Los Angeles, California. I had spent two years at L.A. Trade Technical college and felt I was ready. I furthered my mechanical career by attending the GM Training center at the Buick school and worked at a local Buick Dealer for over two years. I then went on to own my own Service Station which i did for about three years.. Finally i bought a small auto parts remanufacturing shop called Rotex. We rebuilt automotive starters, alternator and generators. My wife and I started with three employees and gradually had as many as ninety. We ran the business for 38 years and finally sold it as or time had come to an end.
After that I decided I'd like to get into the Real Estate Business. I was with Keller Williams Beach Cities in Hermosa Beach, CA. I sold both Residential and Commercial Property and was moderately successful for about three years. My Wife and I finally left California in January of 2015 because our son had moved here to Chattanooga, TN was married to a beautiful Chattanooga girl. We wanted to be near them and we knew grand children would soon be arriving. So far they have produce two lovely girls with and a boy due November 2021. I joined my son selling Real Estate at ReMax Properties this May 2021. So far I enjoy being an Affiliate Broker working with Buyers.
