About Me
Colorado has been my home since 1974. Although I currently own a successful insurance agency, real estate is my passion. As a principal for an insurance agency I have developed strategic solutions for sales while implementing effective processes and striving to meet customer expectations and excellent customer service.
I was a Real Estate Investor from 2006 - 2013 and during that time I negotiated short sales for distressed commercial and residential bank owed properties and successfully achieved the short sale process throughout the United States. In addition I structured and organized a team for the end sale consisting of Real Estate Agents, Title Companies and Attorney's. I published a booklet on how to short sale properties and negotiate with mortgage lenders. Also during that time I hired and worked with contractors remodeling investment properties. Designing the blue prints and building two new homes for myself gave me the experience and knowledge for construction.
In the last three years I have worked part time with new homebuilders assisting the sales managers showing the model homes which allowed me to realize working with a new homebuilder can be a great experience. The buyer can choose the design, flooring, paint, lighting and more. Watching it all come together is very exciting and rewarding.
