Hi, my name is Lori Rutherford and I am a full time realtor. Florida born and raised, I grew up in Brandon and have lived there until recently when I made Spring Hill my home.
My passion for real estate began when I started helping my father with multifamily housing, and from running multifamily to owning multifamily, my passion for real estate only grew stronger. For years I have helped my tenants build their credit and get in touch with the right professionals to finally achieve the American dream of home-ownership.
