I have over 33+ years experience in the Industry covering Hotel/Motels, Property Management and Sales/Listings. I am the Designated Broker/Managing Member for RE/MAX Honors in Puyallup WA.
I listen to my clients needs in order to put a plan together to accomplish their goals. I believe in educating my clients throughout the process to ensure they understand every step of the way. My goal is to serve you before, during and after the transaction.
I strive to continue to grow my business by building relationships with my clients, referrals, and other agents I am working with. Open communication throughout the transaction with the cross-sale agent, lender and other members of the transaction is important to me and vital to a successful closing. Honesty and Integrity go hand in hand with the level of service I provide.
I am certified with the Washington State Housing Commission. I have served on the Tacoma Pierce County Board of Realtors as a Director, State Director, Grievance Committee and Government Affairs Committee. I served as the 2015 President of the Pierce County Tacoma Realtor Association. I was awarded REALTOR of the Year in the past. In addition, I hold several National Designations ABR, ASP, CDPE, CHLMS, CNE, FACS, SRES, VAMRES.
I personally service South Puget Sound area of WA; however, if you are looking outside of my area, I am connected Globally and can recommend a REALTOR for you. I’m never too busy for your referrals, whether you are in the Washington area or not.
