With over 19 years of experience in selling Real Estate, Liza undoubtedly has the expertise, market knowledge, and passion to assist in all aspects of the buying/selling/investing process, while making it an enjoyable experience. Originally from a small fishing village off the coast of Maine, Liza decided to put away her snow shovel for good and relocated to sunny Sarasota, where she is passionate about sharing this lifestyle with others. Clients often describe her as enthusiastic, energetic, and sincerely dedicated to helping people relocate and “live the dream” in this tropical paradise. Liza is always educating herself and strives for excellence. She is always adding to her resume, including designations such as Graduate Realtor Institute, Certified Waterfront Specialist, Accredited Buyer's Representative, Short Sale Specialist, and recently adding a Commercial Division to her repertoire. Beyond real estate, Liza is a doting mother to her 3 daughters: 7 year old twins and a 10 year old. When not on the road showing homes or in the office, Liza is on the go and doesn’t take this vibrant location and exceptional weather for granted, whether it’s boating, hitting the beach, fun activities with her daughters, enjoying a new restaurant or good music, or finding a spot to take a quick run.
