Originally from Santa Fe, NM I moved to sunny Venice, FL in 2013 and have never looked back. Our Florida lifestyle is unique. So is our home buyer’s market. I am very familiar with our Suncoast area and real estate market from Sarasota down to Punta Gorda and all areas in between.
