Lionel Nunez is a Western MA native who spent his first few years in the workforce as a truck driver. He has used his previous experience in driving to his advantage and is well-versed in towns around MA and CT, working with a vast assortment of clients. His creative thinking and problem solving skills have helped his clients navigate through difficult negotiations and to the closing table successfully. He is an agent who expects the unexpected and believes that it is important to visualize your goals in order to manifest them, paired with hard work, dedication, and clear communication. He has growing experience in the luxury home market and is dedicated to his clients needs. Lionel is creative at heart; his passion for music has been with him all his life, and he is a self-published author. He is devoted to his family, guitar, drawing, and writing. Hunting and spending time outdoors have become part of his life in recent years, and he is always on the lookout for new hunting places while he drives from town to town.
