Initially licensed as a salesperson in 1998, Leo quickly became a top producing agent for the local RE/MAX office and continued his success until 2004 when he obtained his broker license and opened his boutique real estate company. In 2010, he converted his company to RE/MAX TERRASOL in order to provide more marketing, tools, resources, brand awareness to his exclusive clientele and that of his agent’s. Since opening under the RE/MAX brand, Leo has grown his company to 135 agents with 5 office locations throughout Orange County and was named “Brokerage of Year” in 2016 for the California/Hawaii region.
