Laurie Helderle became a Realtor in 1996. She began her career at a small boutique Real Estate Company, serving the greater St. Louis area. Her real estate team consisted of her husband, Frank, and her son, Steven.
In 2000, she joined RE/MAX where she has completed 21 years of service. During those years, she has sold and listed homes all over the St. Louis market emphasizing her services along the Highway 55 corridor, from South St. Louis to the northern tip of Saint Genevieve County, and helping buyers and sellers in every county in St. Louis, along with several in St. Charles County.
Laurie and her team have listed and sold over one billion dollars in real estate transactions. Her ability to support buyers and sellers before, during, and after a real estate transaction has created multiple satisfied clients-many of which now refer their children and other family members to Laurie-many of which are first-time home buyers.
Laurie has received a multitude of specialized certifications by attending classes provided by RE/MAX International, National Association of Realtors, and St. Louis Association of Realtors. Her current certifications include Quality Service Certification, Certified International Property Specialist, GRI, Five Star Short Sale, Certified Distressed Property Expert, Five Star REO, E-Pro, Short Sale Foreclosure Certification, and Senior Real Estate Specialist. Additionally, Laurie strives to continue her educational experiences year after year.
She is a member of good standing with the National Association of Realtors, Missouri Real Estate Commission, St Louis Association of Realtors, RE/MAX International, and the Realtors Political Action Committee.
