About Me
Hello! I’m Lamar originally from Buffalo, NY. The past 20 years I’ve resided in the Metro Atlanta area, I’m married with 2 children, I’m a college graduate with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration and an MBA with a concentration in Accounting. The majority of my professional career I’ve worked in Finance where a few of my more prominent roles included licensed Stock Broker, Finance Manager, and Project Manager. Having worked in upper management for Fortune 500 companies I’ve obtained valuable skills that have allowed me to work with a variety of people with diverse backgrounds leaving me with the gift of patience, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
Throughout my corporate career I’ve always maintained a passion for real estate which started in 2005 with the purchase of my first home and then shortly after I purchased my first rental property. Since the beginning of 2019 I’ve been a full-time real estate investor having completed multiple flips. I’ve built lasting relationships with multiple real estate investors, agents, contractors and vendors which inspired me to obtain my real estate license.
In my free time I enjoy traveling, sporting events, concerts, festivals, lifting weights, running, playing basketball, investing, and listening to music. I’m usually tuned into CNBC, HGTV, ESPN, watching a scary movie or comedy.
