Kym graduated from University of Florida (go Gators!) with a Bachelor of Science degree. She immediately entered the sales force and has loved it ever since. With 25 years of professional sales experience, Kym has a reputation of tenaciously protecting her clients’ interests. And as a business owner for over 9 years, she has learned to use her business acumen and keen negotiation skills to ensure thousands of successful transactions.
Since her earliest days, Kym has been around the real estate profession. As the daughter of a successful broker and developer, she has been learning the ins and outs for most of her life. As a result, she has always had a personal interest to help friends with their dream homes and it’s what continues to compel her in the field professionally.
Kym and her husband are avid outdoor enthusiasts. When she’s not mountain biking or walking her two dogs on the Ma & Pa Trail, you may find her kayaking Deer Creek or in Havre de Grace with her camera capturing beautiful scenery. Kym also has a heart for hospitality, loves quality time with friends, and actively serves through her faith community to see others flourish. Whether mentoring young women in vulnerable situations, leading small groups, or lending her photography expertise, Kym joyfully serves others around the state. As a result, she knows our neighborhoods well and will help you select the one to make you feel most at home in Maryland!
