About Me
Kristopher K. Coe is proud to say that his real estate business is built entirely on past clients and referrals. A Denver-Native who was "Born. Raised. Educated." in the Mile High City, "Kris" graduated with Distinction from the University of Colorado-Boulder (BA-Hist,'02).
Following in the footsteps of his grandmother and his brother (both real estate agents), Kris launched his real estate career in the title industry in 2004 and later obtained his real estate license in 2006 (and also became licensed in Wisconsin in 2022). Kris has been recognized for his sales achievement in the RE/MAX Hall of Fame, RE/MAX Platinum Club, RE/MAX 100% Club, and previously served as Managing Broker/Executive Director at RE/MAX of Cherry Creek in Denver, CO. Kris is also the Founder of Get Coordinated, a virtual assistant business that has overseen the successful management of over 7,000 real estate transactions since its inception. Kris is passionate about working with first-time homebuyers, luxury homes, vacation properties, investments, and commercial real estate (where Kris has represented restauranteurs, retailers, office users, medical users, small-business owners and developers).
In his free time, Kris is a music lover and concert goer, avid runner, fair-weather Denver sports fan, vintage book collector, and part-time fisherman. He and his wife, Kirsten, love visiting their vacation home in the Colorado high country with their two free-spirited children and their furry bernese-aussie mix named "Goose" (who loves to sleep on the couch when no one is watching).
