I am aware that for many, Real Estate is uncharted territory, but for me it is something that I am knowledgeable and passionate about. Kristin has been a Realtor for 17 years and has a passion for finding buyers a perfect home as well as helping sellers make their transition to their new investments as smooth as possible. She has negotiated numerous transactions for everyone from first- time- home-buyers to seasoned investors. Since moving to Colorado in 2006 she has been passionate about exploring the beauty and new adventures that only Colorado can provide. When she is not busy showing homes, you will find Kristin in a Cessna as Pilot in command, hiking trails with her dog, or playing practical jokes on her husband and three beautiful children.
