About Me
My name is Kristi DuCharme. I live locally in Duluth, MN and have been living here since 2003 when I attended the University of MN Duluth and received my B.B.A. in Organizational Management. I started investing in real estate my senior year with my now husband Scott and we continue to be involved in real estate investments and rental properties in Duluth. We have two beautiful daughters and a dog, and we enjoy spending time as a family outdoors, working out, doing arts and crafts, or just watching a movie at home together.
I have been a licensed REALTOR since 2007 and am licensed in MN and WI serving the Twin Ports areas. I work as a REALTOR, but it is also a passion of mine that makes it more fun than work. I have experience and enjoy working with all types of buyers and sellers in the Twin Ports. I have a strong focus on first time home buyers, repeat clients, and investors.
