Kristen Pratt has returned to her native state of New Hampshire. Previous to being a Realtor, Kristen was a Marketing Director for a financial firm in the Kansas City area. Her past professional background in sales and marketing combined with her local knowledge of the Granite State is a major benefit for her clients in their buying and selling journey. She is passionate about educating buyers and sellers on the real estate process and committed to providing exceptional support throughout. Kristen loves working with first time home buyers and helping them with each and every step along the way. Her passion and professionalism for her clients, whether first time home buyers to vacation home seekers, shows in every detail of every transaction.
She also brings to the team her extensive experience with relocation services, as having several interstate moves herself, Kristen understands the details needed to make a big move work with minimal stress. If your move is bringing you out of state, she can help with that too, matching you with an agent in your new area. Are you moving with horses? As a rider, and someone who has boarded horses for years, Kristen knows the specialty needs required in equestrian lifestyles.
Kristen prides herself on her community involvement. Having held board positions with local non-profits, PTO involvement, and volunteering in the local schools she stays connected to the area. Kristen is also a certified yoga instructor where she teaches locally and also volunteers her time teaching adults on the autism spectrum in the greater Boston area. When not "working", Kristen can be found cheering on her son's hockey team, watching her daughter in numerous ballet performances, or hiking the local peaks with the dog.
