About Me
Born and raised on an island in Massachusetts, I found my way to Brunswick, Maine as a student at Bowdoin College in the 1990’s. Once I arrived, I immersed myself in Maine studying for my biology and environmental studies degree, exploring the mountains and rivers through the Bowdoin Outing Club, and working at a camp on Sebago Lake for five summers. I love the Maine outdoors from the mountains to the coast.
I followed my passion for teaching and the outdoors to the National Outdoor Leadership School (NOLS) in Lander, Wyoming. I lived in Wyoming and worked as a hiking instructor in the Rocky Mountains and sailing instructor in the Sea of Cortez on Mexico’s Baja Peninsula for nearly a decade, returning to Maine in 2007. I joined Bowdoin’s division of development and alumni relations in January 2008 where I developed relationships and raised funds for the College until February, 2022. I’m a proud mother of two kids, an avid tennis player, a knitter, and a recent cultivator of dahlias.
I’m excited to help others with their return to Maine, relocation in the area, or investment in our communities through investment properties. I’m a member of the Holman Team and work part time with Katahdin Property Management.
