Born and raised in Southern California. I had an active youth spending time with family and playing sports in the beautiful small town of Quartz Hill located in northern Los Angeles County. Spending most of my life in the area, I am very knowledgeable of the local cities of Lancaster, Palmdale, Tehachapi, Santa Clarita and the surrounding communities of the Antelope Valley.
My working career started at age 14 working for friends and family with landscaping and other home projects. After a few years of work, I landed a public service job with a local city. After years of public service, I started working in the private sector as a Construction / Concrete Inspector for a Geotechnical Engineering company. After the last major Civil engineering project, I was a part of was completed on Edwards Air Force Base, I made the decision to return to school and further my education.
One of the best decisions of my life was to continue my education. Returning to school after years was not easy, but the knowledge gained, memories made, friendships and opportunities created, I will be forever thankful for. So far on this education journey I have completed 5 Associate Degrees, a B.S. in Business Administration - Management and a Masters of Business Administration - Human Resources.
I got into real estate when I purchased my first home in Rosamond, CA almost 20 years ago. Things started to get interesting when I purchased my second home 8 years ago in Tehachapi, CA. Now a few years into real estate, I have bought and sold several properties in multiple states. I have completed entire home renovation projects top to bottom, kitchen & bathroom renovations, office addition, garages, driveways and more.
