I have been licensed for over 30 years with experience in Residential and Commercial sales and listings. I specialize in the Triad area and have had the pleasure to work with hundreds of clients offering top-notch service and expertise. A little about me on a personal level…I’ve lived in the Triad for 22 years and have been married for 32 years to Doug Weaver. I have two wonderful sons, Harrison & Jonathan and an awesome daughter-in-law, Taylor. I also have license and experience in the mortgage industry so I’m able to offer knowledgeable assistance to my clients when needed. I work with investors, first time buyers, sellers and experienced buyers. I have worked in Commercial and Residential Real Estate as well as the Mortgage industry for 30+ years. I grew up outside of Raleigh and moved to Charlotte where I began a career in Commercial Real Estate. Upon relocating to the Winston area I made a switch into the Mortgage sector for 10 years before transitioning back into Residential Real Estate.
