She is also one of Houston's Top Producing Sales Teams and has been awarded 20 under 40 Rising Stars in Real Estate by the Houston Association of Realtors, 40 under 40 by Houston Real Producers and is ranked as one of the top brokerages in the Nation by RealTrends as Nation's Best.
She strives to give her clients and agents the best experience possible, while giving back to the community. A portion of her earnings with each closing go to Children's Miracle Network and her office is a Miracle office raising thousands of dollars each year for that amazing organization which directly supports Texas Children's Hospital.
Kimberly focuses on education and providing valuable knowledge and support to each of her clients, while providing outstanding services throughout the process and even after a transaction closes. She embodies that belief as a broker, making sure her agents have the support, education, training, and tools they need as well to deliver outstanding services to their clients.
She has her designation as a Certified Negotiations Expert and Texas Accredited Commercial Specialist. She also authors and teaches many classes educating real estate professionals on all aspects of real estate.
