Kim is a Realtor serving Monterey, San Benito, Santa Cruz and Santa Clara Counties, and was born and raised in Salinas, CA. Some of her specialties include first time buyers, Probate Sales and 1031 Exchanges, as well as helping former expired properties and "For Sale by Owners" sell their homes when previously unsuccessful.
As a listing agent, Kim is aggressive with marketing your home, as well as negotiating the best terms and price for her clients. She has created an aggressive marketing plan, utilizing and leveraging social media and other techniques guaranteed to get in front of more buyers, ensuring your home will sell quickly and for the highest price possible. Her strategies are above and beyond what any other agent in the area has implemented - meaning sellers get more for the same cost.
As a buyer's agent, she knows how to write a competitive offer, and will walk her clients through the entire process, from start to finish. She has a network of lenders, home inspectors, title agents, and other professionals to help her clients ease through the process.
Prior to making real estate her full time career, Kim was a Radiation Therapist, serving the local
community for more than 15 years. She operated a linear accelerator in order to deliver
radiation treatments to cancer patients, as well as managing their entire course of treatment.
She is still involved in Relay for Life and enjoys supporting those in the community.
She and her Husband are raising their two Daughters in San Benito County, where her Husband
owns Gold Coast Electric Services. Kimberly and her family are very involved in their community
and are committed to supporting local businesses. When not busy taking care of her clients,
Kim enjoys concerts, theater, attending equestrian shows, hiking, and boating.
