Kim has been a force in sales for over 40 years and a Realtor/Broker for 17 years. She has repeatedly been one of the top 20 performers in the Capital Area Realtors for many years. Kim has a proven track record of selling homes throughout Central Illinois with special attention to Petersburg, Athens, Oakford, Sherman, Pleasant Plains, Ashland, Mason City & Greenview. That is the area where she eats, drinks, sleeps & LIVES!! However, her knowledge of Springfield and surrounding areas is stellar too! Kim’s success in the real estate is due to her knowledge and passion of the market & area, her determination to succeed, and her dedication to achieving her client’s goals.
Kim enjoys spending her free-time with her husband, Mark, 3 boys, 3 Daughter In Laws and 4 Great Danes. She thrives on being involved in her community.
